To receive any points for a project, the project must have awarded at least 3,000,000 credits in the year or since it integration if project is added during the year.
Just for clarification:
A project starts, say in march and crunches in it's first months only a small amount ...

Besides the numerical stuff:
Project should have a forum/board and uses it for communication, no autistic projects without interaction
Project does crunching in it's proclaimed field of science, not like currently Goldbach
Project makes it's results public available, imho necessary free for all ...

If you go on excluding testing projects from the list, it will be only consistent to exclude any UpperCASE-crunching as well.
If some project without any real work like Goldbach is included, projects that really do some proper crunching like RALPH, CPDN-Beta, Seti-Beta and such should be included ...
