Seb answered me and I now have a clear understanding of the problem, and it's not as simple as it looks.
Empty team stats in this Milkyway sprint are not due to "temporary problem of Milky server" but the webRPC API (standard documented boinc) that Seb is using to fetch the team stats, that should ...

Re: FB Sprint 2026 Notifications
It seems team stats are still not displaying, though, I see nothing below the header. For user I have stats.
Strange that if some were successfully extracted at some point that they cannot be displayed, even if it's an "old" data (with corresponding update time).

Re: FB Sprint 2026 Notifications

Re: FB Sprint 2026 Notifications
Well when I rent a formula 1 formula 4 on vast.ai, I am the one installing everything, making it work, having to pilot it, monitor ir, repair it, etc.

Re: FB Sprint 2026 Notifications
Boinc must remain a hobby for me : I won't change my main computer because of it (late 2020 i9 iMac), I keep paying the smallest dedicated VPS at OVH (just 8 threads, historically to run linux projects, now like a regular backup) and I limit myself to one reasonable vast.ai configuration (= not very ...

Re: FB Sprint 2026 Notifications
That one went well, thanks Tim :)
I had not seen the discussion about asteroid, I had a strange issue with a vast.ai host that would only get GPU tasks and never got any CPU task, regardless the attempts I made (force CPU only on my account, etc). Another host with no GPU got a constant flow of CPU ...

Re: FB Sprint 2026 Notifications
But do you really want to be "competing" against Members who have far less desire (or enough host machines) than you, to be #1 in League 3? That's seems like a rather shallow option... :?
Well here I think the term "competition" does not apply anymore :D
I was not #1 at all last year... and ...

Re: FB Sprint 2026 Notifications
Yes no worry Tim, I perfectly understand, and on top of all that we must consider that individual behaviour of each member (= involvement) may also greatly vary from one year to another, so there is no magic wand to make the perfect mix ! I just hope I go back to L3 next year
